• Why do you need my phone number and email?

  We need your phone number and email so we can send you the secure verification code (OTP) every time you need to login. We do not use a static password to login because it is less secure.

• Is there a plan to release a Mac or Linux based scanner?

  There is a plan to release a Linux based scanner in H2 2021. This will allow hands-off operation in a server deployment mode and facilitate scheduling scans for automated operation. There is no plan to release a Mac scanner.

• What are your support SLAs?

  We strive to provide the quickest possible service to all customers and partners. If you wish to have guaranteed SLAs, please consider signing an MSA agreement with Assertion.

• Do you support offline payments and invoices?

  Yes, you can write to sales@assertion.cloud to purchase using the offline method.
