• What are the hardware and software requirements on my laptop to run the scanner?

  The scanner requires a PC with 8GB RAM and a free disk space of 1 GB. The current version of scanner supports Windows 10 or Windows 2016 server.

• Does the scanner on the laptop keep running even after the scan is completed?

  No. The scanner runs once you initiate a scan and stops running once the collected data is uploaded to the cloud. You are free to terminate the scanner once you see the message “You may close this window now”.

  There is a plan to release a Linux based scanner in H2 2021. This will allow hands-off operation in a server deployment mode and facilitate scheduling scans for automated operation. There is no plan to release a Mac scanner.
