• Does the scanner on the laptop keep running even after the scan is completed?

  No. The scanner runs once you initiate a scan and stops running once the collected data is uploaded to the cloud. You are free to terminate the scanner once you see the message “You may close this window now”.

• Do you share the reports with your partners, associates or affiliates?

  We do not share your reports with our associates, affiliates or partners without your explicit approval.

• How do I request deletion of all my data?

  You can send us an email to sbcsupport@assertion.cloud and request for deletion of your account and all its associated data.
