• Is there a plan to release a Mac or Linux based scanner?

  There is a plan to release a Linux based scanner in H2 2021. This will allow hands-off operation in a server deployment mode and facilitate scheduling scans for automated operation. There is no plan to release a Mac scanner.

• Is there a plan for phone support in my local time zone?

  We currently offer only web and email support.

• What if someone from my company already has an account? Do I still need to create a new account?

  Yes, you will need to open your own account. Each account is separate, and we do not have an organization account as yet. 

• Is downloading the scanner utility mandatory? (My company does not allow executables to be downloaded from the internet)
