Can your service be hacked? How secure is it?
We have secured our service with the best possible levels of security and encryption. The service is only available via HTTPS, secured with 2048-bit encryption key. The data is stored in an encrypted manner, encrypted with XTS-AES-256. Data at rest and motion are secured and encrypted. We have robust access controls and monitoring systems in place. We have audit logs to ensure traceability. So, your data is in best possible hands and our service is as secure as your favorite cloud service.
Having said that, we use best-in-class security to protect our servers and have periodic audits to ensure that we maintain top security posture. We have proactive mechanisms to ensure that in the remote chance that our servers are targeted by an attacker, we are notified and can take corrective action.

We do not store access credentials to reach your servers, so the attacker cannot gain access to our server and perform a lateral attack on your SBC / network.
