The report has found a lot of security issues. Does it mean I will get hacked now?

If the scan has identified a lot of issues, it is important that you need to take urgent action. An attacker may have gained some knowledge about your system or have initial access, or in a worse condition, may have already breached it. But all is not lost, have hopes.

You need to get the detailed report (available at a small fee), follow the instructions to remediate, and remediate the issues. Not all suggestions can be immediately acted upon. Remediate what you can immediately to contain the attack. Perform the structural fixes overtime and do remember to periodically scan your SBC to ensure security discipline.
